Project Overview:

We remodeled this 200 sq. ft. primary bathroom in Delray Beach with a focus on open space, clean lines, and everyday comfort. The shower area was rebuilt with a new curbless shower pan layout, full waterproofing system, large-format wall tile, a waterfall shower head, and glass panels to keep the room feeling bright and open. Custom vanities with natural wood tones were paired with grey countertops, black fixtures, and updated lighting for a warm modern look. The project also included new electrical and plumbing work to support the updated layout, fixtures, and lighting plan.

Project Objectives:

  1. New Shower Pan Layout
    Reworked the shower footprint with a new pan layout to create a more open and practical primary bathroom design.
  2. Curbless Shower Pan Installation
    Installed a curbless shower pan for a cleaner transition between the bathroom floor and shower area.
  3. Waterproofing System Installation
    Added a full waterproofing system behind the shower walls and floor to support long-term use and proper moisture control.
  4. Shower Tile & Surface Updates
    Installed large-format shower wall tile with a darker hex-style shower floor for contrast, texture, and visual depth.
  5. Waterfall Shower Head Installation
    Added a waterfall shower head with updated shower controls for a more modern shower experience.
  6. Custom Vanity Installation
    Installed custom wood-tone vanities with multiple drawers to improve storage while keeping the bathroom warm and natural.
  7. Countertop Installation
    Added custom grey countertops to balance the light tile, wood cabinetry, and black fixture details.
  8. Lighting & Electrical Updates
    Updated the lighting and electrical work throughout the bathroom to support the vanity area, shower zone, and overall layout.
  9. Plumbing Updates
    Reworked the plumbing for the new shower layout, vanity setup, fixtures, and updated bathroom function.
  10. Custom Shower Glass Enclosure
    Installed glass panels around the shower to keep the space open while giving the remodel a clean, finished look.
