Project Overview:

We remodeled this 300 sq. ft. kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens with a focus on improving flow, storage, and everyday function. The new layout includes a large central island with seating, custom cabinetry, updated countertops, new fixtures, and a clean backsplash that keeps the space bright. Warm wood tones on the island balance the white perimeter cabinets, while brass hardware and soft green pendant lights add character. The project also included new lighting, plumbing, and electrical work to support the updated kitchen layout and appliances.

Project Objectives:

  1. New Kitchen Layout Configuration
    Reworked the kitchen layout to improve movement, storage, and connection between the cooking, prep, and seating areas.
  2. Custom Cabinet Installation
    Installed custom cabinets around the perimeter and island to increase storage while creating a clean, built-in look.
  3. Kitchen Island Installation
    Added a large central island with seating, storage, and prep space to make the kitchen more practical for daily use and entertaining.

    Installed new countertops across the island and cabinet areas for a fresh, durable, and finished surface.
  5. Tile Backsplash Update
    Added a clean tile backsplash behind the cooking and prep areas to bring texture while keeping the design light and simple.
  6. Lighting Upgrade
    Installed new recessed lighting and pendant lights over the island to brighten the kitchen and define the main gathering area.
  7. Plumbing Updates
    Updated the plumbing to support the new sink, faucet, and revised kitchen layout.
  8. Electrical Updates
    Completed electrical updates for the new lighting plan, outlets, appliances, and fixture placement.
  9. Fixture & Hardware Installation
    Added new fixtures, cabinet hardware, and finish details to complete the kitchen’s warm modern look.
