Realize The Greenview Difference

This full home remodel was about opening everything up — physically and visually. The house had good structure but needed better flow, updated finishes, and more room to breathe. We focused on clarity: light surfaces, smart storage, and a layout that feels both open and pulled together. Nothing flashy — just clean lines, natural light, and materials that hold up over time.

Project Overview:

We reworked every part of this home, starting with the kitchen. The old layout was boxed in, so we opened it up with a wide island that anchors the space without weighing it down. Clean white cabinetry, polished hardware, and glass pendants keep the tone light. The same easy flow carries into the living room, where built-in shelves and a stone-faced fireplace wall make the space feel finished, not fussy.

Bathrooms throughout the home were completely redone — each one with its own tone. One features floor-to-ceiling marble tile with a pebble shower pan, another uses softer textures and natural stone to keep things grounded. Cabinetry was updated for better storage, lighting was layered in, and every surface was chosen to feel solid underfoot.

Project Objectives:

  1. Full Interior Demolition
Cleared old cabinetry, flooring, tile, fixtures, and walls where needed to start clean.
  2. Layout Reconfiguration
Opened up the kitchen-to-living room transition, redesigned bathrooms for better usability and storage.
  3. Plumbing and Electrical Updates
Installed new kitchen and bath plumbing lines, rewired for recessed lighting, pendants, and sconces throughout.
  4. Surface Installation
Added wood-look flooring, large-format tile, quartz countertops, and full-wall backsplashes.
  5. Custom Cabinetry and Storage
Installed full-height kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities with deep drawer storage, and built-in shelving around the fireplace.
  6. Lighting and Finishing Details
Incorporated mixed lighting layers (pendants, recessed, wall fixtures), modernized hardware, and kept every room visually quiet but grounded.
