Realize The Greenview Difference

This kitchen had plenty of potential, but the layout was tight and the surfaces dated. We kept the footprint but gave every finish a clean reset — brighter materials, simplified lines, and more room to breathe. The result is a space that feels light, current, and grounded without trying too hard.

Services Used In This Project

  • Kitchen Remodel
  • Cabinet Replacement
  • Countertop + Backsplash Installation
  • Appliance Integration
  • Custom Breakfast Nook

Project Overview:

We started by clearing out the upper cabinets, tile counters, and raised bar ledge that cut into the space. The new layout keeps everything practical but rethinks how it feels. We brought in soft two-tone cabinetry — a warm neutral on top and light wood on the lowers — to keep things layered but clean. The countertops and backsplash run in a full slab look, adding polish without distraction.

We replaced the old appliances, added a deep apron sink, and carried the marble surface down the side waterfall-style for extra weight at the peninsula. Around the corner, the breakfast nook was updated with storage, seating, and a built-in hutch for dishes and coffee — small details that help the space feel complete.

Removed all upper and lower cabinets, tile counters, bar wall, and dated backsplash for a fresh start.
  2. Layout Cleanup
Kept the overall footprint but streamlined the visual lines to open up the space.
  3. Plumbing and Electrical Updates
Installed new lighting, updated outlets, and added plumbing for the new farmhouse-style sink and fixtures.
  4. Surface Installation
Brought in marble-look surfaces for counters and backsplash, including full-height and waterfall finishes.
  5. Custom Cabinetry and Storage
Introduced two-tone cabinetry with integrated storage, gold hardware, and a built-in dining hutch.
  6. Lighting and Finishing Details
Added new ceiling lighting and a pendant over the breakfast nook, with subtle brass tones throughout.
