Realize The Greenview Difference

This bathroom started out tight and dated — heavy green walls, cluttered surfaces, and a layout that didn’t make the most of the space. We cleared it out completely and gave it a sharper edge: a bold walk-in shower, dramatic stone details, and finishes that feel crisp without going cold. Every change was made to simplify the look, not the experience.

  • Lighting & Hardware Installation

Project Overview:

We stripped the original bathroom down to the shell — no fixtures, no tile, no saved surfaces. The footprint stayed the same, but the entire layout was redone to feel more open and grounded. The new walk-in shower features vertical tile with depth and texture, offset by gold hardware that keeps the tone warm. A freestanding tub sits tucked beneath the window, balancing the darker finishes. The vanity brings weight to the room with rich wood grain and thick-veined marble — all clean-lined, no filler.

Project Objectives:

  1. Full Interior Demolition
Removed the tub deck, enclosed shower, tile flooring, vanity, and lighting for a full reset.
  2. Layout Reconfiguration
Rebuilt the shower with frameless glass and opened up the floor plan for better flow.
  3. Plumbing and Electrical Updates
Replaced outdated plumbing and added new lines for dual sinks, freestanding tub, and updated lighting.
  4. Custom Cabinetry and Storage
Introduced a floating double-sink vanity with deep drawers and modern wood finish.
  5. Surface Installation
Installed large-format porcelain tile floors, vertical stacked shower tile, and natural marble counters.
  6. Lighting and Finishing Details
Installed layered lighting, including sconces, recessed ceiling lights, and gold fixtures to tie it all together.
